Job summary

Arden Project in Glasgow is seeking a proactive Team Facilitator to lead a team of Personal Assistants and support the Service Manager in delivering person-centred care.

You will oversee rostering, staff inductions, supervision, and performance reviews while ensuring high-quality support and safeguarding. The role requires flexible on-call work and travel across Glasgow. A strong background in health and social care is essential.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating care delivery.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Personal Assistants.
• Oversee service delivery to ensure high-quality, person-centred support.
• Prepare and maintain staff rotas and records using electronic systems.
• Build relationships with families, health professionals and external agencies.
• Participate in on-call rotations and travel to Glasgow services as required.
