Job summary

ENABLE Scotland in Perth is seeking a proactive Team Facilitator to lead a frontline team delivering person-centred support. You will guide a team of Personal Assistants under the Service Manager, ensuring safe, high-quality services and compliant records.

You will also cover rostering, training and team wellbeing to sustain exemplary service delivery. You’ll work across Central East Scotland, collaborating with families, health professionals and external partners to continually improve outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism and physical support needs.
• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use.
• Excellent ICT skills and ability to use rostering or care management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Personal Assistants.
• Conduct regular supervision, observations and performance reviews.
• Assist with induction of new staff and staff wellbeing.
• Prepare and maintain staff rotas to ensure safe staffing.
• Respond to safeguarding concerns and carry out quality assurance checks.
• Participate in assessments, support planning and reviews.
