Job summary

Enable Scotland in Lochgilphead is seeking a Care Team Leader (Team Facilitator) to guide a team of Personal Assistants, ensure high-quality support, and uphold person-centred care.

You will manage rosters, supervise staff, participate in assessments and risk reviews, and collaborate with families and health professionals, with on-call rotation and a 39-hour week. A Full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in social care settings.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Experience with person-centred planning and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Personal Assistants.
• Conduct regular supervisions, observations and performance reviews.
• Assist with induction of new staff and support attendance, wellbeing and rotation.
