Job summary

ENABLE Scotland in Glasgow is seeking a motivated Team Facilitator to lead a team of Personal Assistants and work closely with the Service Manager to deliver safe, person-centred support. You will guide rostering, quality checks, and collaboration with families and external agencies.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, 39 hours per week, and a salary of £30,900 plus on-call payments. You will support staff wellbeing and safeguarding protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in social care or support environments.
• Ability to supervise staff, perform observations and appraisals.
• Strong coordination and rostering skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Personal Assistants.
• Conduct supervisions, observations and performance reviews.
• Assist with induction of new staff.
• Manage attendance, absence and staff wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with GDPR.
