Job summary

ENABLE Scotland in Stirling is seeking a proactive Team Facilitator to lead a frontline team of Personal Assistants, delivering safe, person-centred support.

You will report to the Service Manager, supervise staff, manage rostering and contribute to service delivery across Central East Scotland. The role includes on-call duties and occasional travel, with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Personal Assistants.
• Conduct regular supervisions, observations and performance reviews.
• Assist with induction of new staff.
• Support attendance, absence and staff wellbeing.
