Job summary

Enable Scotland is seeking a proactive Team Facilitator to lead a team of Personal Assistants in our Fife service, reporting to the Service Manager. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred support and contribute to planning and risk assessments.

Your role includes supervising staff, rostering, and on-call duties, while building strong partnerships with families and health professionals across Central East Scotland. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism and physical support needs.
• Experience using person-centred planning techniques to deliver and lead excellent support practices.
• Strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership of quality of support.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Personal Assistants.
• Conduct regular supervisions, observations and performance reviews.
• Assist with induction of new staff and staff wellbeing.
• Promote positive communication and effective team working.
