Job summary

Enable in Glasgow is seeking a Team Facilitator to join our frontline management team at Bankhall and Annandale Care Homes.

You will lead a team of Personal Assistants, ensure safe, person-centred support, manage rotas, and engage with families and health professionals. The role includes an on-call rota and travel around Glasgow. The position offers a salary of £30,900 per annum plus additional on-call payment and requires driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams delivering person-centred care.
• Experience with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism and physical needs.
• Proficient in person-centred planning and support practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Personal Assistants.
• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred support and respond to safeguarding concerns.
• Prepare and maintain staff rotas and records with GDPR-compliant procedures.
• Build relationships with families, health professionals and external agencies.
• Participate in on-call rota and travel across Glasgow as required.
