Job summary

ENABLE Scotland is seeking a Team Facilitator for the Riddrievale Service in Glasgow. You will lead a team of Personal Assistants to deliver safe, person-centred support and promote independence, dignity and inclusion. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

The role is 28.5 hours per week, with on-call elements and travel across Riddrie. You will work alongside the Service Manager to ensure high-quality support, carry out shift cover when needed, and maintain

Qualifications

• Experience with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism and physical support needs.
• Experience in using person-centred planning techniques.
• Strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of support.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Personal Assistants.
• Conduct regular supervisions, observations and performance reviews.
• Assist with induction of new staff.
• Support attendance, absence and staff wellbeing.
