Job summary

Greene King pubs are seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide a busy shift and ensure the team has everything they need to run like clockwork. You’ll uphold high standards, deliver a memorable guest experience, and support the management team when needed.

In this role you’ll supervise service, maintain a safe, legal and welcoming bar environment, and model great teamwork while keeping customers happy throughout every shift.

Qualifications

• A great eye for detail that ensures consistent service.
• Be a role model to the team and demonstrate excellent service.
• Able to think on your feet and adapt to changing busy periods.
• Positive can-do attitude and strong team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
