Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to drive great customer experiences in our pubs. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything needed to run shifts smoothly while maintaining high standards and keeping customers happy.

You’ll deputise for management, coordinate the team during busy periods, and ensure the bar is safe, legal and clean. You’ll nurture a positive, welcoming environment and role model excellent service for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.
