Greene King pubs is hiring a Team Leader to guide front-line staff and ensure smooth shift operations. You’ll ensure high standards, motivate the team, and keep customers happy in a busy pub environment.

The role emphasizes leading by example, deputising for management when needed, and delivering a safe, legal, and welcoming bar area while maintaining exceptional service during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
