You’ll oversee safety, legal compliance and cleanliness while motivating the team, organizing breaks and handling busy periods with composure. A proactive, can-do attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues during their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift to run like clockwork.
• Keep the bar safe, legal and clean, addressing issues quickly and safely.
