• Experience coordinating front-of-house operations during service.

Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: Set the standard for excellent service and ensure your team delivers outstanding guest experiences every day.
• Motivate and Develop: Inspire and support your team with guidance, training, and development opportunities.
• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee opening/closing procedures, staff management, and seamless service.
• Problem Solve: Address issues calmly and proactively to protect the guest experience.
• Support the Front of House: Step in as needed to assist with service and guest inquiries.
• Drive Sales: Upsell effectively to boost revenue while keeping guests satisfied.
