• Motivate and Develop: Inspire and support your team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to help them grow.
• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and ensuring a seamless service.
• Problem Solve: Address any issues that arise during service with a calm and solution-oriented approach, ensuring the guest experience is never compromised.
• Support the Front of House: Step in where needed, whether it’s assisting with service, handling customer queries, or ensuring the dining area is always welcoming and well-maintained.
• Drive Sales: Help boost sales through effective team management, upselling, and ensuring that every guest leaves happy and eager to return.
