Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team with focus on service excellence.
• Ability to motivate and develop staff through coaching.
• Strong interpersonal skills for guest queries and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: Set the standard for excellent service and ensure your team delivers outstanding guest experiences daily.
• Motivate and Develop: Inspire and support your team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day running of the restaurant, including opening/closing procedures, staff management, and ensuring seamless service.
• Problem Solve: Address issues during service with a calm, solution-oriented approach to protect the guest experience.
• Support the Front of House: Assist with service, handle customer queries, ensure the dining area is welcoming and well-maintained.
• Drive Sales: Boost sales through effective team management, upselling, and ensuring guests leave happy and eager to return.
