Job summary

Carluccio's in Manchester is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to guide the front-of-house on each shift, upholding our authentic Italian dining experience.

Lead by example, motivate and develop your team, manage daily operations, handle guest queries, and help drive sales while maintaining the highest standards. This is a full-time role with BRG opportunities and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Support the Front of House: Step in where needed, whether it’s assisting with service, handling customer queries, or ensuring the dining area is always welcoming and well-maintained.
