What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who is compassionate, organised, and committed to maintaining our high standards. If you’re a great communicator and thrive on leading and supporting others, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Team Leader; you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best care and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering care to our clients and building strong relationships.
  • Reviewing care plans and conducting quality checks with clients and their families.
  • Supporting carers with supervisions (and enjoying coffee and cake while you’re at it!).
  • Carrying out audits and ensuring our high standards are met.
  • Overseeing new carers by providing shadowing opportunities and assisting with onboarding.
  • Introducing carers to new clients and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Alternate weekends required.
  • Taking on on-call duties approximately 1 in 5 weeks, including covering holidays or sickness.
