Henderson Group's SPAR/TEXACO Filling Station in Londonderry is seeking a Team Leader to help lead the store team, deliver excellent customer service and drive daily store performance. Reporting to the Assistant Manager/Store Manager, you will model our values, support workload planning, train colleagues and take keyholder responsibilities when required, including weekend coverage.
This is a full-time role offering 30–37.5 hours per week with shifts between 6:00am and 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday,

Full-time position at 30 - 37.5 hours per week, working within the opening hours of the store, Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 11:00pm, with a degree flexibility required. Please note, opening, closing and weekend shifts will be expected.
