Henderson Group, EUROSPAR Dromara, seeks a Team Leader to guide the store team and deliver a superior customer experience. Reporting to the Assistant Manager/Store Manager, you will lead by example, manage workloads, and help implement the store plan while ensuring staff coverage and community engagement.
The role requires 6+ months supervisory retail experience, strong communication, and a commitment to Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork and Integrity.
Rate of pay - £14.83 per hour & benefits. A full-time position is available at 42.5 hours per week, working within the opening hours of the store, Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 11:00pm, with flexibility required to cover opening, closing and weekend shifts.
