Job summary

Greene King's Flaming Grill seeks a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensuring the team has what it needs and that customers stay happy. You will deputise for management, organise the team during busy periods, and maintain a safe, compliant bar environment with a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, keeping everything running like clockwork.
• Keep the bar safe, legal and clean, and address issues quickly and safely.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities
