Liaise East Anglia is launching a brand-new service in Littleport, offering Support for six individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. We are seeking a Team Leader who will shape the culture, establish routines and ensure person-centred care from day one.

You'll join a growing team with enhanced pay rates and a comprehensive development programme. This role combines hands-on leadership with the opportunity to grow within a values-driven organisation.

Be part of launching a brand-new Liaise service

Due to open in early October, this new home presents an exciting opportunity for Team Leaders to be involved from the very beginning, helping to create a positive culture, establish meaningful routines and support individuals as they begin their journey in their new home.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a care or support setting who is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives.
