Job summary

Liaise is forming a new regional service to support four people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. As a waking nights Support Worker you’ll help create a warm, person‑centred environment from the ground up and empower individuals to live the lives they choose.

You’ll join a growing team, receive enhanced pay, a strong learning and development programme, and access to practical coaching from our Positive Behaviour Practitioner team to help you deliver outstanding care every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care or support setting making a positive difference.

As a well-established provider that continues to grow, we’re delighted to be expanding with a brand-new clustered service consisting of four individual bungalows, providing bespoke support for four people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

The service is already taking shape, with three individuals successfully settled into their new homes. We’re now preparing to welcome the final person, carefully ensuring the right environment for everyone to thrive.

Your role

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower people to live the lives they choose by:

• Supporting individuals with everyday routines and helping them achieve their personal goals.
• Encouraging independence while supporting people to enjoy hobbies, interests, family time and activities within their local community.
• Promoting dignity, choice, respect and positive outcomes every day.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure high-quality, person-centred support.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to provide consistent, outstanding care.

About You

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a care or support setting who is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives.

You’ll also bring:

• A caring, positive and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A sound understanding of safeguarding and your responsibilities in protecting vulnerable adults.
• Confidence in making informed decisions and solving problems.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
• A willingness to learn, develop and contribute as part of a supportive team.
