Job summary

Liaise East Anglia is hiring a part-time Team Leader (20 hours per week) to supervise and support carers, ensuring a high standard of care and safeguarding for those supported. The role focuses on effective team leadership, staff appraisals, and maintaining professional service delivery.

The position offers market pay rates and the chance to develop within a supportive organization that values flexible rota creation and DBS checks.
