Liaise East Anglia is expanding a brand-new clustered service providing bespoke support for four people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. As a Support Worker on waking nights, you will help residents thrive in a warm, person-centred environment from the ground up.

As a well-established provider that continues to grow, we're delighted to be expanding with a brand-new clustered service consisting of four individual bungalows, providing bespoke support for four people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

The service is already taking shape, with three individuals successfully settled into their new homes. We're now preparing to welcome the final person, carefully ensuring the right environment for everyone to thrive.

Please note: The vacancy is a waking nights position.

Your role

As a Support Worker, you'll empower people to live the lives they choose by:

• Supporting individuals with everyday routines and helping them achieve their personal goals.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a care or support setting who is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives.
