Job summary

Liaise is seeking a Night Team Leader to supervise carers, lead a supportive night shift and ensure high standards of care for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.

You will act as role model, organise staff allocations, complete regular appraisals, and maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards while promoting a positive, personal approach across services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Effective decision making and judgement.
• Strong planning and organisation skills.
• NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care (or equivalent).
• Meets Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a role model by leading and supervising carers day-to-day, working alongside them and completing regular staff appraisals.
• Ensure good team working.
• Motivate, support and mentor the staff when needed.
• Organising staff allocations and breaks

Role Requirements:

• Night Team Leader
• Existing night worker preferred
• Night shifts
• Available to start before 31 August 2026
• Previous Team Leader or Senior Support Worker experience preferred
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
• Medication trained
• Strong leadership and communication skills

What you will be doing:
