Job summary

Liaise is launching a brand-new service in Littleport to support six individuals with learning disabilities and autism in a warm, person-centred environment. As a Team Leader, you’ll help shape the culture, establish routines and support people as they settle into their new home.

We offer enhanced pay rates, a comprehensive development programme with bespoke training, and coaching from our Positive Behaviour Practitioner team to support your career progression within our growing organisation.

• Must have experience in a care or support setting and be passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Sound safeguarding knowledge and responsibilities in protecting vulnerable adults.
• Confident in making informed decisions and solving problems.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
• Willingness to learn, develop and contribute as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Lead in a brand-new Liaise service, creating a positive culture and routines for six individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
• Support individuals as they begin their journey in their new home.
• Provide coaching and guidance to frontline teams through liaison with the Positive Behaviour Practitioner team.

Due to open in early October, this new home presents an exciting opportunity for Team Leaders to be involved from the very beginning, helping to create a positive culture, establish meaningful routines and support individuals as they begin their journey in their new home.
