Liaise East Anglia is launching a brand-new supported-living service in Littleport for six individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to help shape routines and provide person-centred care from day one.

Be part of launching a brand-new Liaise service

As an established and growing provider, we're excited to be preparing for the opening of a brand-new service, designed to support six individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism in a warm, welcoming and person-centred environment.

Due to open in early October, this new home presents an exciting opportunity for Support Workers to be involved from the very beginning, helping to create a positive culture, establish meaningful routines and support individuals as they begin their journey in their new home.

We are already working closely with two potential residents. As we carefully plan for the opening, our focus is on ensuring each person receives the right support, tailored around their individual needs, preferences and aspirations.

Your role

As a Support Worker, you'll empower people to live the lives they choose by:

• Supporting individuals with everyday routines and helping them achieve their personal goals.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a care or support setting who is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives.
