Job summary

Liaise is seeking a Team Leader to supervise carers day-to-day, lead by example, and conduct regular staff appraisals to maintain high standards of care. You will motivate, mentor and organise staff allocations while upholding safeguarding responsibilities.

You will promote the professional image of our services through excellent communication and appropriate behaviour, ensuring quality support for vulnerable people in a compliant, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Effective decision making and judgement.
• Strong planning and organisation skills.
• NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care (or equivalent).
• Meets Health & Safety standards.

What you will be doing:

• Acting as a role model by leading and supervising carers day-to-day, working alongside them and completing regular staff appraisals.
• Ensure good team working.
• Motivate, support and mentor the staff when needed.
• Organising staff allocations and breaks
• Promote the professional image of the services through excellent communication, appropriate behaviour and professional appearance.

• Strong communication skills
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously
• Effective decision making and judgement
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Successfully completed NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care (or equivalent)
• Achieves all Health & Safety standards
