Responsibilities
  • Manage, support, and develop a team of practitioners, allocating caseloads and mentoring staff.
  • Oversee a small number of complex cases personally, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
  • Deliver performance targets set by Forward Trust, commissioners, and the prime contractor.
  • Ensure data accuracy and meet all submission deadlines in collaboration with the Service Manager.
  • Deputise for the Service Manager when required, acting as the senior representative on-site.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with your manager and partner agencies.
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management experience in health, wellbeing, or substance misuse services.
  • Ability to manage complex cases and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Experience in working within structured, regulated environments (prison or similar settings is advantageous).
