A regional health service provider seeks a Team Coordinator for the CYPMH team. An opportunity has arisen to join the Chorley South Ribble Community Young People's Mental Health (CYPMH) team as a Team Coordinator. Working to deliver Mental Health Care to the highest possible standard, applications are invited from experienced nurses to take on the challenging role of Team Leader.
We currently require a practitioner with previous experience at Band 6 who have recent, significant experience of working within a CYPMH team. All applicants must have an interest and skills in psychological approaches to working with clients and have a commitment to working collaboratively with clients who may present challenges for engagement.
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
