Derbyshire Healthcare seeks a full-time administrator for the Hope and Resilience Hub. The role involves supporting the clinical team, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring operational performance while navigating between two units. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills alongside relevant qualifications.
We are looking for a motivated, passionate and suitably experienced administrator who is interested in taking a secondment role within the Hope and Resilience Hub Team at the Radbourne and Carsington Unit.
The team at the Hope and Resilience Hub consists of Occupational Therapy and Recreation. They work with patients to providetherapeutic meaningful activities to support individuals' recovery and are committed to delivering high quality, person centred care. We are an evolving team which is open to change and developing new ways of working and have a positive profile within the Trust and with service users and carers.
The post is full time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday during office hours, however we may be able to offer some flexibility around this.
This post will require some cross working between the Radbourne and Carsington Units.
If you are applying for this post on a secondment basis you must obtain prior approval from your current line manager before submitting your application.
You will be working closely with the clinical team to maintain the functionality of the team. You will provide admin support to the Service Manager and the clinical team, including minuting meetings and arranging appointments.
The job role will consist of carrying out standard administrator responsibilities, supporting the team and manager to maintain and develop the clinical and operational performance of the Hope and Resilience Hub.
Though you will not be providing hands on patient care, patients may look to you for support and advice which can be a rewarding experience.
You will play a part in managing phone activity within the staff office and displaying the Trust and team values to patient, carers and colleagues.
You will respond to the needs of people in an honest, non-judgemental and open manner which respects the rights of individuals and groups.
You will ensure that services are provided in a safe and supportive environment and at all times adopt a professional approach to your work promoting a positive image to services users/carers and the general public.

Ordering and monitoring ward stock and necessary items through finance and procurement system.
Scanning documents to the Electronic Patient Record to ensure clinical objectives are met.
Gathering team data to handover in operational and clinical meetings.
Assisting management team in the collation of information to meet clinical and operational objectives such as audit and service improvement.
Manage service post and ensure this reaches the appropriate staff member.
