Job summary

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing teaching assistance to the lead teacher based on weekly/daily/seasonal planning
  • Working one‑to‑one with students
  • Providing group and/or individual activities planned by the teacher
  • Working individually with learners to develop work
  • Supporting the general wellbeing of learners within the school structure
  • Monitoring and evaluating students’ learning under the guidance of the teacher
  • Assisting teachers in the use of relevant management strategies to create a purposeful learning environment
  • Supporting all learners in their structured work across all curriculum areas
Key skills and experience needed:
  • Ability to work with learners who have various learning difficulties
