A local educational institution in the UK is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to support the learning and care of pupils. Responsibilities include assisting teachers, attending staff meetings, and ensuring a positive impact on children's lives. The role requires good literacy and numeracy skills, along with a level 2 TA qualification. The successful applicant will have good literacy and numeracy skills, a level 2 TA qualification (or willingness to work towards it) and the ability to work collaboratively within a team with minimal supervision.

The team at The Snaith School are looking for an individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young people to join our established team of Teaching Assistants who play a vital role in supporting and assisting the teaching, learning and care of the pupils within our school.
The working hours are from 08:50am to 3.15pm Monday to Friday during the school term, with an 8:30am start on Mondays and Wednesdays to attend staff meetings and training. You will also be paid for an additional 2 days per year, which enables you to attend our September training day and our Trust training day at Easter. The salary for scale point 5 is currently £25,583 full time equivalent. Your actual salary will be £18,030 per annum, paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
