What skills and experience we're looking for
  • Is a highly effective team player with experience and understanding of working with SEN children)
  • Ideally has an Early Years Educator qualification and can support children through transition from Nursery to Reception. &/or experience of working in EYFS.
  • Enjoys supporting children and strives for excellence and enjoyment
  • Actively supports teaching staff to raise standards
  • Believes that every child should be given the opportunity to reach their true potential
  • Is committed to the safety and well-being of all pupils
