TeacherActive is assisting a welcoming SEND school in Swanley to recruit a Teaching Assistant. You will support pupils with a range of special educational needs, working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities and tailored support throughout the day.

The role requires a caring, patient and positive approach, with strong communication and teamwork skills. You will help manage dysregulation and challenging behaviours while contributing to an inclusive learning

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND.
