Duties as a Teaching Assistant:
  1. Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons
  2. Working with individuals or small groups of pupils
  3. Assisting children with additional needs where required
  4. Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
  5. Helping prepare learning materials and resources
  6. Being a positive role model across the school
