Your Role Will Involve:

Supporting teaching staff in the delivery of engaging lessons

Assisting students with their learning on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

Helping manage classroom behaviour and encouraging student participation

Supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN), if required

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children in an educational setting

A genuine passion for supporting young learners

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, flexible, and patient approach

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred but not essential)

A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one through Aspire People
