SEND Hub Manager (Part-Time Teacher Role)
Contract: 3.5 days per week (3 days teaching / 0.5 day PPA from home)
Start date: April 2026
Salary: MPS (candidates must have experience; not suitable for ECTs)

Old Hill Primary School is looking for an experienced and passionate teacher to take on the role of SEND Hub Manager – an exciting opportunity to shape inclusive practice and make a real difference across our school.

The successful candidate will:

  • Teach for three days per week within our SEND Hub, providing high-quality, personalised teaching and learning for pupils with additional needs.
  • Work alongside a skilled and passionate team of LSPs
  • Plan, teach and assess learning for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) across the school.
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate inclusive provision that helps pupils thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
  • Work closely with our SENDCo and our fantastic team of teachers and support staff to ensure every pupil can access and enjoy their learning.
  • Be creative, nurturing and reflective – someone who believes in inclusion and has the skills to bring it to life in the classroom and beyond.
