About Lampton School

Lampton School is a large, mixed, multi‑ethnic 11‑18 secondary school judged "Outstanding" by Ofsted in 2005, 2008, 2013 and 2024.

Teaching Role

We are seeking to appoint a well‑qualified and enthusiastic teacher to join our dynamic, collaborative and innovative Maths and Computing faculty. The post is full‑time and permanent, with Outer London Allowance.

The successful candidate will:

  • Teach Maths across the ability range at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, including KS3, KS4 and KS5 Mathematics and, where appropriate, Advanced level mathematics.
  • Support Early Career Teachers (ECTs) through a strong ECT programme and experienced faculty support.
  • Implement the White Rose Maths Curriculum throughout Key Stages 3 and 4, maintaining the school’s strong GCSE outcomes (top 3% progress nationally in 2023).
  • Contribute to the sixth‑form provision, delivering A Level Maths (Edexcel), A Level Further Maths (Edexcel) and Level 3 Mathematical Studies (AQA).
Faculty & Curriculum

The Maths and Computing faculty consists of sixteen teachers, some of whom also teach both subjects. Our curriculum follows the White Rose Maths framework, which has proven effective in delivering high attainment across its stages.
