Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Has successful recent experience of teaching children with a range of additional learning needs.
  • Has excellent behaviour management skills.
  • Is able to plan and prepare bespoke, person‑centred curriculum within a purposeful and nurturing environment.
  • Communicates well with the whole school community and external agencies, and is skilled at managing other adults within the classroom.
  • Will be appointed to teach in one of our Learning Resource Base classes which caters for pupils with a range of additional needs.
