Responsibilities as a Teacher:

• Delivering engaging lessons that meet the curriculum objectives and the needs of all learners.
• Creating a positive learning environment where students feel safe and supported.
• Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback and adapting instruction where necessary.
• Managing classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
• Working collaboratively with other staff and parents to support student development.

Requirements for Teacher:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
• Experience teaching within the UK curriculum.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new classroom settings and build rapport with students.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
• A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment in the last 10 years.
