Supporting learners aged 7 to 16, you will be part of a forward-thinking team working to remove barriers to learning and help pupils rediscover confidence, routine and academic ambition.

The school offers a diverse blend of academic and vocational pathways across KS3 and KS4, creating opportunities for students to work toward qualifications such as GCSEs, BTECs and other accredited routes. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver personalised lessons across KS3 and KS4 (including GCSE, Functional Skills and vocational content)
  • Implement supportive, trauma-aware strategies that reduce anxiety and promote participation
  • Create engaging, achievable learning journeys that build confidence
  • Monitor academic and emotional progress, maintaining accurate and meaningful records
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to help pupils reflect and progress
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, pastoral teams and external professionals
  • Maintain strong communication with families and contribute to reviews and planning meetings
  • Support both academic and pastoral development as part of a holistic approach
