Job Title: Primary Teacher - Supply Cover via Monarch Education (Paid to Scale)

Location: Bury and surrounding areas

Job Type: Flexible Supply - Full-Time or Block Bookings, Term-Time Only

Monarch Education is seeking committed and adaptable Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS) to deliver high-quality supply cover across a network of primary schools in and around Bury.

These schools share a strong collective ethos focused on placing children at the centre, ensuring they thrive, are challenged, feel proud, and enjoy school. You'll join a supportive and professional environment where excellent teaching, collaborative practice, and pupil enrichment are key pillars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, according to your strengths and school needs
  • Adapt quickly to varying school environments and teaching contexts within the network
  • Create a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere that encourages children to flourish and reach their full potential
  • Uphold high standards of teaching, behaviour management, and safeguarding as per school policies
  • Collaborate with colleagues, SENCOs, and leadership teams across schools to support pupil development
