An innovative EdTech company in London is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join their team. As a Talent Sourcer at Multiverse you will play a pivotal role in finding and attracting the exceptional people who power our mission. You’ll be joining a newly‑established sourcing team giving you the opportunity to help shape and establish sourcing best practices at Multiverse. You’ll work in close partnership with our Talent Partners across Sales Tech & Operations to define sourcing strategies and success metrics ensuring a highly targeted and outcome‑oriented approach to engaging talent.

You may or may not have this experience, and we’ll offer dedicated enablement on this. What you do need for success in this role is the learning agility and enthusiasm to pick up new tools and systems, including adopting AI technologies into your day‑to‑day.
