Job summary

Solutions Driven is seeking a Talent Resourcer to join the delivery team from day one, with a remote role favored for Midlands-based candidates. You’ll work as number two to the Lead Talent Partner and engage with the client’s HR team to feed hires into the process.

You’ll source on LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, screen by phone and Teams, and manage multiple live roles with weekly progress updates to the client.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sourcing experience on LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
• Ability to screen candidates by phone/Teams and document notes.
• Experience managing multiple live roles and updating clients weekly.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and internal database.
• Screen candidates by phone/Teams and write clear notes on conversations.
• Maintain a multi-role pipeline and update client and candidate status.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on feedback, interviews and next steps.
• Provide weekly progress updates to the Lead Talent Partner.
