Leverage AI tools and talent intelligence platforms to optimize sourcing, market mapping and engagement.
Define role scorecards and competency-based interview rubrics with technical leaders.
Develop global sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber passive candidates.
Monitor pipeline analytics and quality of hire to guide decisions.
