Forward Role is partnering with a fast-growing technology business to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner. This remote role with occasional travel to a central London office offers autonomy and the chance to influence hiring across corporate and technical areas.

You will own the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, partnering with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and build robust talent pipelines for future growth.

Forward Role are partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing technology business that is investing heavily in talent as they continue their exciting growth journey. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent across a range of corporate and technical functions.

This is a remote opportunity with travel required to the central London office when necessary that offers autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to work closely with leaders across the business to build high-performing teams.

As a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll own the recruitment lifecycle from end to end, partnering with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of business and technical roles
• Partnering with stakeholders to understand workforce plans and hiring needs
• Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Building and nurturing talent pipelines for future growth
• Driving an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Using recruitment data and market insights to influence hiring decisions
• Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Our client is looking for an experienced recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, so you’ll need to demonstrate,

• Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Internal Recruiter or Recruitment Business Partner
• Experience recruiting within the technology sector
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Proven sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, job boards and direct talent attraction channels
• A data-driven and commercially minded approach to recruitment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
