Job summary

Event Concept is seeking a part-time Talent Lead to own day-to-day recruitment across the business, including permanent, freelance and emerging talent. Remote First with 30 hours per week, reporting to Head of People, you will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver a great candidate experience.

You'll manage Teamtailor ATS, build talent pipelines, optimise recruitment processes, and develop early careers programmes and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition across multiple functions.
• Direct sourcing and reducing external recruiter reliance.
• Experience using ATS, ideally Teamtailor or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across the business.
• Develop and manage talent pipelines and early careers.
• Optimise Teamtailor workflows, analytics and candidate journeys.
• Partner with hiring managers and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Deliver a strong employer brand and direct sourcing strategy.
