What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partnering closely with senior leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Delivering Compliance hires.
  • Managing full‑cycle recruitment—from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding.
  • Building strong pipelines of engaged candidates and nurturing relationships over time.
  • Help improve processes, shape hiring culture, and contribute to employer branding efforts.
  • Use data to provide insights, track progress, and inform decisions at every step.

  • 5+ years proven experience recruiting.
  • Experience working across a variety of compliance positions.
  • Strong sourcing for niche positions.
  • Experience within Financial Services/Fintech industry.
  • Confident sourcing across a range of platforms, focusing on quality and long‑term fit.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
  • A people‑first mindset and passion for great candidate experiences.
  • Previous RPO experience advantageous.
