A leading banking group in the UK is looking for a Change Management Lead to spearhead the development and delivery of transformational strategies. This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure successful adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in change management within HR or Talent Acquisition settings and a track record of simplifying complex messages. Lead the design and delivery of change and communication strategies within LBG about the Talent Acquisition Transformation we are on, aligned to a refreshed candidate, hiring manager and recruiter proposition and experience. Act as a key influencer and storyteller to embed change and engage stakeholders effectively, so that everyone is aware of the purpose and gets onboard with the change and understands our brand. Simplifying cultural shifts so everyone feels part of the change and supports its success.
